He says in his book family, culture and friendship play a role in an individual's success. People's success is sometimes depends on opportunity that they get and also legacy. He believe those who a successful been given special opportunities that lead to further success. In outliers , There a lot of example and theory about success. You should read this book because the book will give you a motivation to success and will make you understand why there people who study hard but still get a low marks in exam and why there people who study only a few hour but they get a higher marks in exam.
